What is Ghostwriting?
In a nutshell, ghostwriting is hiring a writer who will speak in your voice telling your story, your way. There’s no shame in hiring a writer, it’s no different from any other professional service we utilize. We don’t fix our HVAC or fill our own teeth, so why would we think we have to find the time to write our own stories?
I see you. You’ve carved your path in a way that’s uniquely yours, navigating life’s challenges like a true champion. Perhaps you’ve emerged from the school of hard knocks, just like many of us have. Or maybe you’re driven by the remarkable tale of your parents’ triumph over adversity, their journey to success a beacon of hope. It could be that you’re bursting to share the transformative lessons you’ve gathered along the way, eager to impart wisdom and inspiration to those who follow.
Deep down, I know you’ve got a story itching to be told, a message waiting to be shared. Whether it’s a narrative of resilience, a trove of self-help insights, or a glimpse into the divine moments that shape us, you’re ready to shine your light. And I’m here to offer a supportive hand, a safe space to articulate your journey, and a platform to amplify your voice. Because your story matters, and it deserves to be heard.ur best buddy drawing the narrative from you.
That’s where I come in, I will tell your story, in your own words, sharing your vision, researching your specialty, and collaborating with you every step of the way.
We’ll talk about your story, your ideas, and your grand vision for the book. Then we’ll agree on the best way for me to get information from you, is it recorded in some way already? Notes? The start of a neglected journal? This is always the easiest way for me to understand your voice and tone concerning the project. Or would interviewing you be easier?
We will figure that out along with a timeline and overall expectations.
I will work on a shared document so that you can comment and see progress and after I complete the first draft we will tweak, hone, and polish to arrive at a manuscript ready for a beta reader and publishing. From there I can recommend a few different publishing options and introduce you to publishers that can help get your book into print (or you can self-print via Amazon if that is the right fit).
